read moreOur son Lennon has attended the centre for over two years he is currently in year 6, I cannot recommend Accelerate enough for any child wanting to excel and learn more. The tutors are professional and outstanding when it comes to teaching, without them our son would not have been ready academically for entrance exams. His teachers cannot praise him enough for his knowledge in school due to having extra tuition. the half term sessions and workshops throughout the year are fantastic, the online sessions during lockdown were much needed and really helpful especially with the amount of school missed. all the staff and management are really helpful and professional

All have, both enjoyed and absolutely benefited from their time at the centre and my younger grandson in particular has shown incredible improvement and I put this down to the excellent "one to one" lessons he is receiving from Clare. read moreI contacted Accelerate as a concerned parent just after the first lockdown. Worried with how much my son had fallen behind with all the disruption I enrolled him at Accelerate. I made them aware that my son was struggling with his confidence and concentration. They took on board my concerns and identified his weaknesses sending me weekly updates on how and what they were working on with him. Quarterly assessments are carried out to identify areas of improvement and to show parents what progress is being made. It has been three months now and he has just completed his Autumn assessment which he has flown through (having struggled with his initial summer assessment). His confidence and concentration has gone through the roof and his test results reflect this. I am so pleased with how far he has come in such a short period of time. I cannot recommend highly enough.

read moreI would definitely recommend this learning centre. We were slightly sceptic at start, but it turned out to make a massive difference. Our son started lessons with them when he was in year 4 and was definitely struggling in school. He gradually improved and is now (start of year7) well above average in maths and improved significantly in English to meet the new tough national criteria.

Having that in mind, our daughter started lessons with them from year1 on a weekly basis and we are also pleased with her progress.

What I also appreciate about the centre is that across the months we have made multiple requests to change the lessons date/time (due to work projects, shift pattern changes, childrens activities changes etc) and Rebecca always with a smile on her face attempted to adapt schedule the best she could. I also like that email communication is good and, in most cases, I get a response within 24h.

Now during last "6 Covid19 months" again accelerate adopted to our children needs. First our children attempted to work online and it worked for 121 lessons but not for groups, but then they lost interest and concentration so had a little break until the centre was available to re-open and set some reasonable time schedule. With limited materials provided by our school it was very helpful to keep children working on during this crisis.
