The dojo is led by Sensei Roy Flatt, seventh Dan IOGKF, whose rank makes him one of the most highly qualified Goju-Ryu karate instructors in the UK. Students of this dojo can therefore be sure of a high level of instruction in a style of martial arts that not only improves body fitness, stamina, and coordination - they can look ahead to being trained in a highly effective combat and self defence system.
