Lowlands Ju-Jitsu & Self Defence Club
Sports Training in Liverpool, Merseyside
Since 1960, The British Ju Jitsu Association GB National Governing Body Recognised by Sport England has been delivering instruction and Governance in the martial art of Ju-Jitsu in the United Kingdom. The main aim in Ju-Jitsu practice is to cultivate a person's body and mind: not to use it as a means to vent one's anger, frustration or emotional problems. The use of force is condoned only in self-defense or in the defense of those who are defenseless.
