Roland Smith Insurance Brokers were established in Liverpool City Centre in 1965 by the late Roland Smith. The Company now employs over 65 people, with Roland Smith's son, Nigel as Chairman and Managing Director, and his daughter, Pam McGaffney, as Director with responsibility for running our Special Schemes for serving and retired Police Officers and Firefighters. We've been working with Police Federations since the Company 1st started, and now supply Special Schemes for over twenty five different Federations, plus of course NARPO.
